On September 28, join us at Castillo de Monda for a truly unique experience that brings together the elegance of classical music, the grounding of mindful movement, and the flavours of a seasonal Andalusian dinner.
The evening begins at 18:00 with a yoga session led by Anna, founder of Anna Yoga Studio. Known for her warm, intuitive teaching style, Anna guides a gentle practice designed to connect body and breath.
As you move, you’ll be accompanied by the live sounds of José Miguel Gómez, one of Spain’s most celebrated cellists. Performing selections from Bach’s solo cello suites, José creates a musical landscape that deepens the yoga experience and invites a powerful sense of presence.
At 19:15, the group will gather for a refreshing cocktail on the terrace, followed by a three-course dinner at 20:00. Thoughtfully prepared by the Castillo kitchen, the menu showcases seasonal ingredients and local inspiration.
Propósito Armonía is an evening designed to nourish every sense from the resonance of the cello to the rhythm of your breath, to the beauty of a meal enjoyed in good company.
A founding member of the internationally acclaimed Trío Arbós, José Miguel Gómez is known for his profound interpretations and refined musicality. Born in Malaga and based in Madrid, José has performed on some of the world’s most prestigious stages across Europe and the Americas.
At this event, he will perform works from Bach’s suites for solo cello – compositions revered for their emotional depth and meditative quality. His live performance will accompany the yoga class, making this an immersive, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
