Step into 2026 with an unforgettable New Year’s Eve dinner and celebration at our hilltop castle in Andalusia.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail, followed by a multi-course gala dinner accompanied by live music from Monkey Tennis, a local favourite known for their soulful, upbeat sound that sets the perfect festive mood.

As midnight approaches, gather beneath the stars for a fireworks show from the castle tower, a traditional toast with cava and 12 grapes, and a sweet Dutch treat of oliebollen.

After dinner, the celebration continues with music and dancing until 01:00, surrounded by the magic of the castle at night.
